Job DescriptionA commercial campaign for Ross Summer’s Eve is now casting children ages 8–10 for filming in Louisville, Kentucky. Casting directors are seeking expressive young performers with natural personalities for featured roles in a heartwarming summer-themed commercial. This is a non-union opportunity open to local Kentucky talent and self-tape submissions are accepted.
Job Responsibilities
Participate in commercial filming and audition sessions
Perform natural, playful interactions on camera
Follow direction from the casting and production teams
Attend callbacks and wardrobe fittings if selected
Portray authentic summer moments during filming
Requirements
Children ages 8–10
Open ethnicity
Comfortable performing on camera in a commercial setting
Strong natural expressions and personality preferred
Must be local to Louisville, Kentucky
Parent or guardian must be available for scheduling and production coordination
Roles
Hero Girl – Female, ages 8–10. Sweet, soft, and shy with a quirky and personable charm. Must be expressive and comfortable delivering natural reactions on camera.
Friend of Hero – Male, ages 8–10. Friend of the lead girl participating in playful summer scenes including bubbles, swimming, and scooter riding.
Compensation
$800 full-day rate based on 10 hours
$250 fitting fee for up to 4 hours
Additional usage pay if performance appears in final commercial materials
Professional commercial production experience
