Two private school students, Sophie and Paige, share a dark secret. Sophie benefits heavily from keeping this secret buried, whereas Paige is being torn apart by the guilt of what they’ve done. Fear of punishment and ostracization radicalizes Sophie into an incredibly insecure and defensive position. At the same time, the guilt of their crime emboldens Paige to the point of moral obsession with convincing Sophie to come clean.
