**About the Role and Program:**

**ABC News** is a leading national news organization delivering journalism across broadcast, digital, radio, and streaming platforms, including flagship programs such as *World News Tonight with David Muir*, *Good Morning America*, *Nightline*, *20/20*, and *This Week with George Stephanopoulos*.

**What You Will Do…** 
As an ABC News Intern you will gain experience and exposure to network level news research, editorial and operational coverage, and broadcast and digital production. Additionally, you will have access to industry-leading professionals, as well as development and mentorship opportunities.

* Broadcast Operations
* Audio/Radio News

**Required Qualifications & Skills:**

* Previous internship or on-campus involvement in journalism, news writing and/or television production
* Experience with multi-tasking in a constantly evolving work environment, effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
* Experience working in collaborative environments, researching and/or using a range of tools to acquire information and present findings

**Education:**

* Undergraduate students in their junior/senior year preferred
* Major or previous coursework in Broadcast Journalism, Communication or related major

**Recruitment Timeline:**

The Spring 2027 ABC News Internship runs from **January to June** and includes multiple positions. Candidates who best match the requirements will be contacted directly.

**Eligibility Requirements & Internship Information**

**Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:**

* Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship​
* Be at least 18 years of age​
* Possess unrestricted work authorization​
* Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

**Additional Information**

* Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
* The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 through early June 2027
* Fully available to work 40 hours per week (hours and days to be determined by your supervisor and could include nights and/or weekends)
* Able toprovide own housing for the duration of the internship program​ in the New York, New York area
* Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work​

The pay rate for this role in New York is $23.00 per hour.
