**Salem Media – Philly** is seeking a **driven Business Development Hunter** with strong **digital marketing expertise** to join our growing sales team. You’ll aggressively pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and craft customized multimedia marketing solutions (radio, digital, and events) for local and regional businesses.

Responsibilities
----------------

**What You’ll Do:**

* Prospect relentlessly to identify and close new accounts
* Develop tailored digital marketing strategies (SEM, SEO, OTT/CTV, social, email, programmatic, web, etc.)
* Deliver data-driven presentations showcasing measurable ROI
* Exceed monthly and annual new business goals

Qualifications

* Proven success in new business sales and digital marketing
* Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and client ROI strategies
* Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
