Acting Academy Instructor

This is a part-time opportunity to make a real impact on the next generation of performers—through challenge, trust, and creative exploration. About the Role: You’ll be teaching acting skills in a supportive, ensemble-based environment. This is not about casting stars—it’s about giving teens the tools to express themselves, take creative risks, and grow as confident, collaborative performers. We’re Looking for Someone Who: • Has a strong background in theatre (degree preferred) • Understands how to challenge and empower teens in a safe, creative space • Can build trust and foster ensemble culture • Is a clear communicator, strong director, and positive mentor • Is punctual, reliable, and organized You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: • Love watching students grow over time Can balance structure with creativity • Are excited to direct showcases or short performances • Believe theatre is for everyone—not just the outgoing or experienced
