As an Acting Quality Assurance Coordinator at Maximus, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating and directing staff members on the quality of work performed as measured against project standards, contractual requirements and performance measures. The role involves evaluating staff members on the quality of work performed, assisting with the development of strategies to improve performance, and conducting monitoring activities for quality assurance purposes. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate staff members on the quality of work performed • Assist with the development of strategies to improve performance • Conduct monitoring activities for quality assurance purposes • Regularly assess the knowledge needs of staff related to processes and policies • Remain up-to-date on policies and procedures for all operations This is a remote opportunity that requires high speed internet and ability to reside in the Continental US.
