Acting Teacher

**Overview:** Young Actor's House is seeking a part-time Film/TV Acting teacher to work with children to teens. As an Acting Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of young actors, focusing on preparing them for a career in the entertainment industry. **Responsibilities:** • Teach acting techniques to students aged 8-18, with a focus on Film/TV acting • Develop and implement lesson plans using Uta Hagen and Adler techniques, with the flexibility to incorporate other methods • Provide guidance and support to students aiming to secure agents and work professionally in the entertainment industry • Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and productive learning environment • *Qualifications:** • BFA or BA in Film or Acting (or equivalent experience) • Experience teaching acting to children and teens (film/TV focus preferred) • Strong knowledge of acting techniques, including Uta Hagen and Adler methods • *Benefits:** • Part-time employment with flexible scheduling • Opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of industry professionals • Chance to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of young actors • Competitive compensation package
