Safety and Compliance • Remain vigilant for safety hazards, rule violations, or guest concerns, and report them immediately to maintain a secure environment for all. • Rigorously follow all safety protocols to safeguard yourself, your colleagues, and our guests at every stage of the attraction. • Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods, demonstrating consistent attendance and punctuality. • Performance Skills: Adept at reading guest reactions and dynamically adjusting performance style and intensity to maximize engagement and scare impact.
