Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-Site | Castleton Area) Compensation: $40,000 – $115,000 per year (Hourly Base + Bonus + Commission) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Club Esprit is seeking dynamic, energetic Podium Presenters to deliver high-impact live group presentations to guests at our Castleton Travel Showcase. What You’ll Do: • Lead daily live group presentations in our luxury showroom (across from Castleton Square Mall) • Bring energy, warmth, and confidence to every performance • Connect with your audience by sharing stories and painting vivid travel experiences • Follow a proven script while making the delivery your own • Work closely with closers and leadership to drive performance and conversions • Represent the Club Esprit brand with professionalism, charisma, and integrity What We’re Looking For: • Experience in public speaking, live performance, acting, or sales (theater, comedy, hospitality, fitness coaching, or teaching backgrounds all welcome) • A bold, outgoing personality with the ability to command a room • Ability to sustain high energy, engagement, and enthusiasm across multiple daily presentations • Strong verbal communication and stage presence • Reliable, coachable, and committed to excellence • Must be able to work in person at our Indianapolis (Castleton) location • Flexible availability for daytime, evening, or weekend shifts If you love the stage and are ready to earn what your performance is worth, apply now to join one of the most exciting roles in the travel industry.
