Responsibilities: Support high-energy KCON activations and fan experiences; engage with attendees and create positive brand moments; assist with crowd flow, guest services, and event operations; help with setup, rehearsal, main event execution, and strike; deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced festival environment; Korean-speaking roles will focus on interpretation and bilingual support.
Requirements: Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor; excellent communication and people skills; ability to stand for extended periods and work long days; reliable, punctual, and team-oriented; Korean language fluency required for Korean Speaking BA and Interpreter roles; prior event or convention experience is a plus; must be available for assigned shifts and the full event period.
