This role involves performing in character, engaging audiences, and creating a fun atmosphere for guests. Skills: - Strong acting and improvisation skills - Ability to perform confidently in front of audiences - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative and imaginative mindset - Ability to work well as part of a team and support common goals - Positive and friendly attitude Responsibilities: - Provide theatrical entertainment for guests while in character - Create a fun and comfortable atmosphere for guests - Practice performances to maintain and improve skills - Perform skits or plays solo or with other actors - Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager - Complete safety training and certifications - Follow all company policies and procedures - Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional - Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information - Protect company assets - Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards - Anticipate and address guest service needs - Assist individuals with disabilities - Thank guests with genuine appreciation - Speak with others using clear and professional language - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others - Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards - Walk for an extended period of time - Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance - Perform other reasonable job duties as requested Qualifications: - Previous acting experience preferred - Ability to memorize scripts and perform in character - Confidence in performing in front of audiences - Ability to engage and entertain guests - Knowledge of theatrical techniques and practices - Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a theatrical setting
