It is expected that an Actor Trainer will assist in overseeing the work of 10-15 actors. Assists the Manager of Training in training new actors prior to interpretation experience. Leads actors in providing for the individual needs of missionaries. Assists the Manager of Training (10%) Reports actor performance to the Manager of Training. Recommendations for actor dismissal May be asked to assist in assessing the proficiency level of missionaries, interpreters, and teacher applicants in the target language.
