Reports to manager level in Training Department • Trains and provides ongoing evaluation and development of actors (75%) • Provides individual coaching and continuing in-service training of actors through leading weekly meetings • Provides actors with materials and policy information. • Leads actors in providing for the individual needs of missionaries. • Assists the Manager of Training (10%) • Reports actor performance to the Manager of Training. • Assists in area training meetings. • Recommendations for actor dismissal • May be asked to assist in assessing the proficiency level of missionaries, interpreters, and teacher applicants in the target language.
