We make short, docu-style video content (handheld and real, The Office vibe) for a large social audience, and we need someone local to Boise to be on camera for shoots.
This is gig work, not a set schedule. No full time, no part time. You come in for the specific shoots we have, act for the day, and you're done. Some weeks we film, some weeks we don't. You'll know the dates in advance and pick the ones that work for you.
What you'd do: perform in scenes as a "coworker" at our fictional company, react naturally to unscripted/semi-scripted situations, and stay in character while the cameras roll. No memorizing scripts — this is improv-heavy, mockumentary-style acting.
What we're looking for: someone comfortable on camera, quick on their feet with improv and able to play it straight/deadpan even when things get absurd. Acting experience is a plus, not a must. Dependable and easy on set is the main thing.
Pay is per hour and we film 4 hours per week.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
