Actor/Gift Shop Sales/Crowd Herder

Job Overview
As a Gift Shop Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for customers while providing exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the shop's appearance, and promoting sales of various gift items. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a retail setting and have a passion for helping others find the perfect gifts.
You will also be working within the haunted house as an actor when needed. At times you will be asked to help with the flow of customer traffic within the haunted house.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain knowledge of the shop's products, including seasonal items and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Restock shelves and displays to ensure products are readily available and visually appealing.
Assist in organizing inventory and managing stock levels to meet customer demand.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally and courteously.
Dress in costume and work as an actor.
Help crowd flow within attraction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
