A SHERLOCK CAROL Casting Note (from the playwright): The actors are inhabiting the "idea" of the iconic characters and can be cast in any number of ways. Age, ethnicity and gender are all up for grabs in the casting, as is the suggestion of the break-down of roles. She is still deeply heartbroken she will never go to space, harbors secrets and resentment as she struggles to welcome her sister into her new life.
