Actors Audition for Speak

Prime Stage Theatre is holding auditions for the play Speak, written by Tammy Ryan and directed by Dana Hardy. Open to all non-union performers; actors are paid a stipend. Prepare two (2-minute) contrasting contemporary memorized monologues and bring your resume and headshot. All roles are available. Character breakdown includes Melinda (female, 14-18), Melinda 2 (female, 14-18), Mr. Freeman (male, 30s-50s), ensemble of Melinda's friends (ages 14-18), and various parents and teachers (ages 30-50).
