The film features a brief but powerful conversation between Bill "Bojangles" Robinson and Jeni Le Gon, the first African American woman to sign a long-term contract with a major Hollywood studio. Together, they discuss the challenges and triumphs of Black artists navigating 1930s Hollywood.
