Officer White is precisely what the community wants in a Police Officer at a time where though the country relations with law enforcement are contentious behind George Floyd. Body-cam footage captures instances of Delvin that paint him in a negative light within the police force but make him more human amongst the community. Despite being human, Delvin is overly scrutinized by a Police Chief Brain Duggin who finds himself offended having reviewed Delvin’s body cam footage.
