Actors/Characters for Kids Parties

As a Character Performer, you will bring beloved characters to life, creating memorable experiences for children and families at various events. You will be responsible for performing at birthday parties, shows, parades, and other events, where your ability to portray characters through expressive emotions and actions will be key to your success. In this position, you will interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, making sure to maintain the integrity of the characters you portray. Responsibilities • Perform at various events, birthday parties, shows, and parades , • Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner , • Portray characters by expressing emotions and actions effectively , • Collaborate with other performers to bring characters to life , • Maintain characters integrity and adhere to guidelines set forth by contract Requirements • Previous experience in theater, film, or related fields is preferred , • Ability to engage in public speaking and communicate effectively through body language , • Experience working with children , • Proficiency in dance or movement techniques while in costume , • Passion for the arts and a desire to entertain, educate, and inspire audiences , • Must have reliable transportation to/from events , • Must have weekend availability
