**ADVERTISING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE**
**Location: WRIC 8News- Richmond, VA (On-Site)**

**What You’ll Do:**

* **Support and Manage Accounts:** Begin with an active account list and work with our experienced team to develop new skills.
* **Develop New Local Business:** Learn how to identify prospects, build relationships, and help local businesses reach their goals through customized advertising solutions.
* **Full Sales Cycle Training:** Receive guidance on how to prospect, create proposals, present solutions, close deals, and provide follow-up service.
* **Collaborative Campaign Development:** Work with clients and internal teams to create advertising campaigns across TV and digital platforms.
* **Provide White Glove Service:** Be an asset to your advertisers and be a reliable stakeholder in their success.
* **Achievable Sales Goals:** Learn how to set and reach monthly, quarterly, and annual goals through coaching and structured support.

**Requirements:**

* A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office
