We're looking for reliable monitors to oversee data collection sessions at local schools. Direct actors through scripted scenarios (what to carry, which doorways to use, timing) Monitor session progress and ensure data collection runs smoothly Escalate any issues to our Customer Success team — no independent decision-making required This is a "be present and attentive" role — similar to proctoring an exam or monitoring a research study.
