Responsibilities: • Clean leasing office and common areas; • Clean vacated apts. ; including windows, blinds and appliances; • Clean laundry rooms Requirements: • Previous cleaning experience in vacant apartments; • Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability; • Have a Drivers license; • Have dependable vehicle; • Pass an extensive background check and drug test; • Ability to physically lift 25-30 lbs., reach above head, climb stairs and small step ladder; Please reply with a short resume and housekeeping references
