**THE JOB:**
As an Assistant Events & Entertainment Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional live entertainment experience for our guests. In this role, you will support daily showroom operations, oversee front-of-house activities, and assist with leading a team dedicated to providing outstanding guest service. Through your leadership, attention to detail, and ability to navigate a fast-paced entertainment environment, you will help ensure seamless show operations, a welcoming atmosphere, and memorable experiences for every guest.
**THE STARTING RATE:** $28
**THE DAY-TO-DAY:**
* Assist in overseeing daily front-of-house showroom operations, including event preparation, guest admissions, seating arrangements, VIP accommodations, and overall venue presentation
* Lead, coach, and support showroom team members, ensuring consistent service standards, operational efficiency, and adherence to departmental procedures
* Coordinate with Entertainment, Security, Guest Services, and other departments to support seamless performances, special events, and operational needs
* Address guest concerns, special accommodations, and escalated situations with professionalism, discretion, and a focus on guest satisfaction
* Support staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance initiatives to maintain appropriate coverage and a high-performing team
* Monitor showroom conditions, identify potential safety or operational concerns, and assist with implementing timely solutions
* Assist the Showroom Manager with departmental initiatives, operational improvements, and maintaining established service and performance standards
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:**
* Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
* 2+ years of prior relevant experience guest service required
* Previous experience in live entertainment, showroom operations, theater management, hospitality, or a similar environment
