The Department of Theatre at Coastal Carolina University, accredited by the National Association of Schools of Theatre ( NAST ), invites applications for full-time employment in the position of Assistant Professor of Theatre (Voice/Acting). and B.F.A. To be qualified for this position, applicants must have earned a terminal degree (Master of Fine Arts) in Acting or a related field or have a combination of educational training and commensurate professional experience in the theatre/acting industry to meet expected qualifications. Additionally, applicants must have commensurate professional experience in the theatre, television, and/or film industries (including a strong professional résumé and significant credits as an acting voice coach, performer, and/or director in regional and national theatre companies and/or media markets) and demonstrated experience as a stage voice coach and instructor at the university and/or professional levels.
