Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (a guardian must be at least 18 years old) and have a valid NY Child Performer Work Permit and ID (such as birth certificate or SS card and a report card or medical record). Very important: If you do not have the work permit set up and brought with you, your child will be sent home. You must also have your child’s trust account info. Note, parents may not bring other children with them to set. Only the child who is working and their guardian are allowed on set.
