The world should feel genuinely inhabited rather than overtly comedic. Background performers should be comfortable performing repetitive office actions naturally and maintaining a focused, straight-faced demeanor while working around the principal action.
The storyboard calls for an office filled with developers at vintage computer stations as well as rows of reviewers at identical desks, stamping paperwork and passing it down the line.
