While it does take a few months to really get the hang of real estate, almost all of our agents make a deal or two in their first month thanks to our experience and hands-on training methods. We have agents making 6 figures/year and last month we had many agents who did over $25,000 in sales individually. This job is fully commission based: if you rent an apartment, the company makes 1 month's commission, and your take-home is 50% of that (for your first 5 deals, during your training phase, commission is 40%). We have a family kind of feel-- we work together on getting apartments rented, have meetings twice a week, and all of our leadership puts in the effort to help you find success. At this point in time we prefer people who are able to commit full-time-- however, we understand if you are working another job part-time while you find your footing in the real estate world, as long as your hope is to make the switch to full-time in real estate.
