'Bound'

Casting "Bound," a 12-minute tense family drama short film about mother and daughter relationship in a patriarchal society. On the morning of her wedding, a young woman's tense reunion with her mother triggers a repressed memory of a childhood accident that left her scarred—but when she demands to know if it was an accident or an attempt on her life, their raw confrontation forces them to untangle a lifetime of suffocating love, sacrificed dreams, and the terrifying possibility that the truth might be more damaging than the lie. "Bound" has been recognized as an Official Selection of the Rue Dangeau Short Film Grant 2026 and is targeting the international festival circuit including Sundance, TIFF, Berlinale, and BFI upon completion.
