We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Lead to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for one of our largest brands. Key Responsibilities: • Develop research-based consumer insights • Analyze and apply brand metrics and KPIs to decision-making and direction-setting activities • Develop the creative vision for the brand and work with agencies and internal marketing functions to express and activate that vision online and offline • Owning and driving communication of the Brand Story - internally and externally • Writing Creative Briefs • Collaborating with Sales on customer presentations and business opportunities Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field • 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing with proven ability to drive impactful results • General experience in other areas of Marketing including engagement with or experience working in product marketing, product development, and/or creative development teams • Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tactics • Demonstrate the ability to lead people effectively • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and vendors • Ability to give oral presentations and prepare professional presentations utilizing PowerPoint and digital media • Detail-oriented and possess conceptual/creative skills • Possess strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish (and re-establish) priorities for self and team • Working knowledge of cooking and/or baking is a plus, but not required • Requires prior professional experience in budget management. Work Environment: The position requires close contact with all employees, outside vendors, and customers.
