The Office Manager plays a central leadership role in the day-to-day operations of a high-volume sports card breaking company. This position is responsible for building, managing, and supporting a team of breakers and backend staff while ensuring performance, accountability, and a top-tier customer experience. The Office Manager helps remove operational pressure from ownership by overseeing execution, maintaining standards, and driving company growth. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Breaker Development • Recruit, evaluate, and help onboard new breaking talent • Work closely with breakers to improve stream performance, energy, professionalism, and sales effectiveness • Monitor live streams and provide constructive feedback to help breakers maximize results • Ensure all breakers represent the brand in a positive, professional manner • Identify strengths/weaknesses within the team and provide coaching or training as needed
