This position is responsible for building, managing, and supporting a team of breakers and backend staff while ensuring performance, accountability, and a top-tier customer experience. The Office Manager helps remove operational pressure from ownership by overseeing execution, maintaining standards, and driving company growth. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Breaker Development Recruit, evaluate, and help onboard new breaking talent Work closely with breakers to improve stream performance, energy, professionalism, and sales effectiveness Monitor live streams and provide constructive feedback to help breakers maximize results Ensure all breakers represent the brand in a positive, professional manner Identify strengths/weaknesses within the team and provide coaching or training as needed Performance Management & Accountability Track breaker performance metrics (sales, fill rates, customer engagement, consistency) Hold breakers accountable to company expectations, schedules, and conduct standards Address performance issues promptly and implement improvement plans when needed Ensure backend staff (shipping, sorting, listing, etc.) are meeting deadlines and quality standards Operations Oversight Oversee daily workflow between breakers and backend operations Ensure breaks run on time and products are prepared properly Maintain smooth communication between departments to avoid delays or mistakes Monitor order processing and help ensure packages are shipped accurately and within company timeframes Customer Experience Focus Help enforce a culture of elite customer service across all streams and communications Ensure issues, complaints, or order concerns are addressed quickly and professionally Look for ways to improve the customer experience before, during, and after breaks Growth & Strategy Support Assist ownership in scaling the breaking team and identifying expansion opportunities Help develop systems and processes that allow the company to grow without sacrificing quality Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements Support special events, large breaks, and promotional initiatives Ownership Support Take on daily management responsibilities so ownership can focus on high-level strategy and partnerships Serve as a reliable decision-maker for routine operational matters Provide regular updates to ownership on team performance and operational health Ideal Candidate Qualities Strong leadership and people-management skills Deep understanding of live breaking culture and audience engagement Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts Confident holding team members accountable while maintaining morale Solution-oriented and calm under pressure Passion for sports cards and the breaking industry Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $31.41 per hour Work Location: In person
