We are currently seeking a Casting Associate to join our Burbank, CA team and help find the talent that brings these characters to life through voice performance and acting. The Casting team at Walt Disney Animation Studios is responsible for casting production dialogue and reference (temporary) dialogue. Reference Dialogue (temporary voice) Casting: Assess project needs with the Director/s and Producer/s Brainstorm and present actor ideas to the Director/s and Producer/s Run auditions for internal and external candidates Oversee booking and scheduling for external candidates Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years of experience in casting Strong people skills, including the ability to work exceptionally well with Executives and Filmmakers Experience in scheduling auditions Strong planning and organization skills Effective communicator, both verbally and written; including crafting email communication Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $65,600.00 to $84,800.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
