Scripted TV Series “Dorothy” – TKP Studios Dorothy’s Best Friend is one of the most emotionally grounded characters in the early episodes of the series. Characteristics: • Tough exterior, soft heart • Street-smart; understands danger and people • Protective of Dorothy • Witty, observant, grounded • Not perfect — she has her own struggles • Emotional depth required TKP Studios is presently in early development, so this role is volunteer until funding begins. • Ability to memorize and deliver dialogue • Strong emotional acting • Comfortable with dramatic and heavy scenes • Reliable communication • Able to attend rehearsals and shoot days (flexible scheduling) • Experience is a bonus but not required — talent and commitment matter most
