Requirements for Hire: - Enjoy interacting with children - Have reliable transportation (they service all of East TN so longer drives are needed from time to time) - Have consistent (to a degree) weekend availability - Be proficient in singing and improvisational acting - Have great time management skills - Preferably no visible tattoos or facial piercings (if it can be covered/removed directors will consider you) - Be able to pass a background check - They would prefer dress sizes 0-12 due to existing costume collection Training will include 1-2 sessions covering company procedures, costume and makeup expectations, party and event etiquette, and improv practice.
