This position combines hands-on editing with project leadership, vendor coordination, and process management across multiple projects.Collaborate with partners from Research, User Experience & Design Teams, including Visual and Motion Designers, Art Directors, UX Designers, Instructional Designers, and ResearchersPartner with Learning Designers, Media Researchers, Content Managers, and Product Managers on media needsManage in-house and vendor-led media production workflowsLead project kick-off meetings and maintain accountability among team members and vendorsParticipate in hands-on editing of video and audio assetsBuild and maintain vendor relationshipsReview vendor bids and ensure alignment with approved rates and budgetsWrite and manage vendor contracts and approve invoicesMaintain accurate project status in systems such as Jira and WorkfrontEnsure projects stay on schedule and within budgetPrioritize tasks and manage multiple projects independentlyDeliver final media assets to Digital Production ServicesContinually develop skills in vendor, stakeholder, and project managementSkills you will need here:Candidates have had previous experience with project management in addition to hands on video and audio editing.
