Job Overview The CIT Scenario Actor plays a critical role in bringing Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) scenarios to life. This position involves acting in realistic and sensitive training simulations to help participants practice effective communication and crisis intervention techniques. Reality Based Training (RBT) scenarios can include persons in mental health crisis, manic or depressive episodes, those with schizophrenia, and other mental/behavioral health crisis. This position may require travel to different locations to facilitate learning in certain environments.
