What You Will Be Doing Your mission, should you choose to accept it: • Architect and deliver world-class training programs that transform our Guides into educational virtuosos • Craft compelling playbooks that become the gold standard for learning facilitation • Provide laser-focused coaching that ignites Guide performance and student success • Lead by example through hands-on mentoring of student cohorts, showcasing the art of exceptional facilitation Your toolkit should include: • A Bachelor's degree in any field that fuels your passion • 5+ years of proven success in education, L&D, coaching, or similar transformative roles • A track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives • The ability to inspire, lead, and elevate teams to peak performance • Meaningful experience in youth development (ages 5-18) • Sharp analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities • Readiness to make an impact at our Florida locations (Tampa or West Palm Beach) • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
