Riane, the mayor of Charles City, is abducted by the Spartan Syndicate to coerce her into cooperating with them. Aria, Riane’s younger sister, and her best friend, Sage, joined by Dragon, a mysterious martial artist seeking vengeance, must save Charles City and rescue Riane by defeating their crime lord, Panther.
