The Martin Luther King Jr. Freedom Center, Oakland—Educational Services Project Manager is responsible for project planning, coordination and accountability for efficient and effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of agency Educational Services Staff and related Project Management. Working under direct supervision of the Executive Director, this position requires supervision of required training, study, and demonstration of competency in the pedagogy with all Educational Services Team Members. Ethical leadership coaching provides a framework for self-change, as team members develop the capacity to both give and receive coaching with the students, and with other team members. Contribute to project planning in a participatory manner for partners and staff of MLKJFC and the actors responsible for development. Supervise Educational Services staff compliance with agency protocols and pedagogy in external relations, per above.
