Creative Video Producer (Performance Marketing)

The UA Creative Producer manages and executes overall creative video production on paid social and other mobile channels to drive app downloads and revenues for our F2P mobile games. You will be working collaboratively with internal and external partners to drive a direct impact on the advertising video production on one of the fast- growing competitive social gaming platforms on the market. You will take ownership of the overall production pipeline and discover new growth opportunities for our talent pool. Responsibilities: \\- Research and create advertising short video ideas with internal teams of UA, marketing, product, operations, and video editing \\- Produce creative video shooting scripts from internal brainstorming and deliver to in-house editing team/outside agencies for video production \\- Source and work with actors and freelancers to produce the creatives as the acting director \\- Schedule production pipelines and prioritize creative requests of all ads for new-users and retargeting campaigns \\- Oversee and communicate with the internal editing team and creative agencies to meet production deadlines \\- Analyze performance marketing metrics of creatives and improve through constant iterations and further creative testings Qualifications: \\- Great communication skills in English - Be proactive and clear in communication with internal and external partners - Mandarin a plus, but not required \\- Excellent writing skills in English \\- Excellent project management skills \\- Data-driven and growth mindset \\- Ownership - ability to manage a fast-growing talent pool and optimize the workflow to maximum efficiency \\- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills \\- Business development skills Plus: \\- Mobile gaming performance marketing experience \\- Short video content creation experience \\- Gaming industry experience
