We design and develop software and services to streamline and secure the casting process from the Breakdown to the booking. We are seeking a dynamic FULL-TIME Customer Service Representative who enjoys a variety of tasks and responsibilities and is eager to learn new skills. Team members will learn all aspects of the services we provide in order to assist our clients. We are seeking to add team members who are based in the greater Las Vegas, Nevada area. • Customer support for Actors, Talent Representatives, Casting Directors and Filmmakers • Email, phone, and chat support • Liaison with Casting regarding their projects • Proofread, write and copy edit • Outreach, seminars and demos: train new users and participate in educational seminars and events • Provide technical support and instruction on how to navigate our site and services (one-on-one and to larger groups) • Work with our other offices to provide a cohesive customer support experience • Stay up-to-date on new product features, and site improvements
