We’re looking for a strong, grounded male actor (30–60) to play a construction manager/superintendent in a high-engagement, one-on-one coaching simulation. The character has 20+ years on major construction projects. Jaded but sharp. Has a sense of humor, is philosophical, and ultimately cares about people and outcomes.
This is not a traditional scripted role — it’s immersive, responsive, and requires strong emotional intelligence and improvisation skills. We’re particularly interested in actors who are comfortable thinking on their feet, engaging authentically, and working in a more facilitative environment.
