An older, kind of bumbly guy who can’t seem to give a straight answer. He doesn’t know, maybe? How could he recall correctly? Eventually he gets there, but he is easily distracted and confused, sometimes by his own thoughts- even contradicting himself at times before being reminded of what he previously said.
