Support military training by acting as opposing forces (OPFOR) in realistic, scripted scenarios. Responsibilities include staying in character, following detailed instructions, and engaging in field exercises using non-lethal training weapons such as paintball or marking cartridges. Role players may be required to wear costumes and safety gear, operate in outdoor and low-light environments, and participate in physically demanding activities such as standing, running, or lying prone for extended periods. Additional duties may include being restrained, searched, or interacting directly with trainees to enhance realism. Candidates must be reliable, adaptable, physically fit, and comfortable working in controlled, high-intensity training environments. Military or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
