The Development Coordinator serves as a vital support member for the fund development team and the Theatre’s staff, members, and donors. • Document learnings and make well-researched recommendations for adjustments in conversations with the leadership team • Supporting scheduling and coordinating calendars for the development team • Support data management and creation of reports for fund development activities • Attend Development meetings; take minutes/notes. Support template creation in Spektrix and creation of custom reports for fund development • Prepare mailing data and materials such as acknowledgment letters, solicitations, and email communications and execute in a timely manner. • Work with fund development team to write grant proposals that align with the organization's mission and goals; work collaboratively with all team members to gather information and data for proposals; submit grant applications in a timely manner and track progress of applications; support the stewardship and cultivation efforts of the fund development team with foundations; draft thank you’s from the Director of Development and other leadership team members to foundation. • Strong ability to analyze and use data to support creation and management of reporting for leadership team • Ability to work as an effective team member and maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.
