Job Title: Digital Content Coordinator + Junior Agent The Basics: San Diego, CA // Part-time (20 hours/week) to start // In-house + remote Reports to: Lead Booking Agent About us and the position Shamon Freitas Talent Agency is a 33-year-old full service talent agency, widely considered the best in San Diego. We're a booking agency, not a school, and represent models, actors, voiceover talent, and on-camera hosts. As a super-small business looking for a dynamic addition to round out our tiny, mighty team, we're currently looking to fill a part-time (20 hours/week) position to start, with an aim to transition to full time (40 hours/week) after a successful three month evaluation period. Job duties Administration: answer inbound emails and phone calls, keep and maintain agency records Talent recruitment + development: manage the submissions inbox, scout new talent, interview potential new talent Social Media: manage and grow the agency's social media presence with meaningful, exciting content and improved engagement Marketing: manage and update compelling marketing materials for individual talent (print galleries, headshots, reels), manage and develop the agency blog Bookings: create talent submissions for client projects and coordinate booking details Skills + Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization skills and the ability to adapt to meet the changing needs of the day Proven social media savvy and ability to create great content and engage an audience Fluency in Microsoft Office, video-hosting platforms including Youtube and Vimeo, and basic project management tools including Google Drive and Dropbox Compensation + Perks $15/hour to start Combination in-office + work from home Flex time Once full time, ten paid days off to start, plus holidays Application Process We're so glad you're applying!
