A live scene rehearsal session at Tisch A 17-year-old Manhattan student, Lisa Cohen, is chatting with a fellow student after school. Lisa’s parents are divorced , and Lisa’s father, who lives in California with his new family, has promised to take her on a trip with her stepmother and their kids. Despite her difficult relationship with her stepmother, the trip is almost all Lisa can think about. Darren tries to take Lisa out, but Lisa is rejecting him
