Company: Fast-growing digital identity platforms Location: Washington, District of Columbia Responsibilities Lead and motivate SDRs and AEs to efficiently prospect, pitch, and close deals to overachieve in their assigned quotas Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets Manage sales plan to ensure sales and revenue goals are achieved Design repeatable processes and record all leads and opportunities in Salesforce to optimize the inside sales team Coordinate sales planning and monthly reviews of opportunity pipeline with team, identifying opportunities, demand & revenue generation and action plans to meet / exceed targets Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty Establish a sales onboarding program to train new employees Qualifications 5+ years of quota exceeding performance selling Enterprise solutions Experience selling B2B SaaS software solutions Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA Excellent negotiation and leadership skills BS/BA degree strongly preferred Salesforce experience Experience at a fast-paced startup a plus JBCStyle is the leading full-service search firm owning the niche industry of fashion recruitment.
