As a District Manager and acting General Manager , you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple restaurant units within your district. In addition, you will assume responsibility for overseeing the operations of a restaurant in Honolulu as the Acting General Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee operations of multiple restaurant locations within assigned district • Hire, train, and mentor General Managers and leadership teams • Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures • Monitor sales, labor, and food cost performance across all units • Drive customer satisfaction through quality assurance and service excellence • Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities and implement solutions • Lead district-wide initiatives including marketing, promotions, and new openings • Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment • Introduce and maintain systems and policies in response to organizational needs • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. • Build and maintain relationships with regular customers and the local community.
